Project: Assist the Nestle marketing team to design and develop a branded Toll House Cookie Program.
Solution: The Toll House Fresh Baked Cookie program was designed to fit into Non-Traditional locations such as schools, hotels, airports, universities, colleges, c-stores and a host of other on premises food locations. Program included Counter top merchandisers, carts, kiosks and other branded concepts. Toll House is an established , well recognized brand, so by designing and developing a complete branding merchandising program Toll House was able to increase points of distribution and grow their business using (OPT) other peoples traffic. Today Toll House is a leading on premise fresh baked cookie brand with thousands of points of distribution across multiple channels of the foodservice industry.
