Project: Introduce “Kitchen-less Kitchen” concept to offer food and beverage services without the construction restraints of traditional restaurants
Solution: Within 6 months signed with DHL North America Headquarters, SOUTHERN GLASER and The Atlantis Hotel and Resort Headquarters. Built a Kitchen-less kitchen in each of their locations and created a full-service on-premises food, beverage, and catering operation. Additional locations throughout Florida over a 7-year period. Business sold in 2010.
