Project: Identify and assist management to co-brand Roasters to increase new sales into new and emerging markets.
Solution: Developed a non-traditional restaurant concept to serve KRR limited menu via carts, kiosks and modular cafes. KRR contracted with a global hotel chain to install 500 Kenny Rogers Roasters Cafés serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. These kiosks became the hotel solution providing each day part with a limited menu. The kiosks used the latest in cooking technology and holding equipment to implement a turn-key solution.
